Alliance FC Covid-19 Response
November 15th 2020
With positive cases rising in the Kansas City area, we have prepared some guidelines to help manage our teams.
If any player or coach experiences COVID-19 symptoms within the 72 hour window of your team having an event, practice or a game.
- All Players and the Coach that was present and potentially exposed need to be shut down from all team related activities.
- If a Coach or a Player that was present can provide a negative test after 72 hours of potential exposure, they will be clear to resume play and/or coaching.
- Without a negative test, those that were exposed must remain away from all team events for 10 days without symptoms of any kind.
We ask that coaches continue to manage distances at their practices and coaches must wear masks during practice and games to limit exposure to themselves and others. Grouping players from multiple teams is discouraged.
The Coach needs to be the only person practicing or playing on multiple teams.
As we have players playing all over the KC Metro, please check with the facility or complex where your team is playing prior to arrival. Convey to your families the specific guidelines and protocols regarding number of fans and when/where players are required to wear a mask.
We do not endorse or recommend any particular testing site or company, here are simply some suggestions.
This company allows appointment times and provides results within the hour.
