Alliance Futbol Club is currently seeking to employ a high level academy director of coaching to oversee and coach a world class European soccer academy program. This is a full-time position and is year round. Additional information regarding the position is as follows:
Job Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills
• Provide a world class soccer academy program
• Teach, train, and evaluate coaches
• Hold regular coaching clinics
• Advanced understanding of the game of soccer at the highest level
• Ability to break down and teach the fundamental skills for players at all levels
• Experience and knowledge of the youth soccer program in the United States and in Europe
Preferred Qualification:
• USSF or NSCAA coaching license or International equivalent
• 15-20 years coaching experience at youth or academy level in Europe
• Must have European academy experience and knowledge at professional level
• Experience as an academy director of coaching within a professional or national level
